I Just Got A Bad Review - What Do I Do?

The best thing to do is REPLY BACK PROFESSIONALLY! Even if the review feels like a lie or competition – it does not matter! That review is permanent and you now need to turn that review right around. Give your phone number for a person in charge, apologize for the mistake/problem, tell them you will make it right (actually make it right), and then ask for the review to be changed. It’s that simple.
